I have been playing piano casually with a sax player. He can play any sax, and the both of us are good enough to pick up on most tunes. (We did "Take Five" today. That took a few runs through.)

What would make a good piano-sax duet? I plan to look into sax concertos. We play mostly blues, but we need to branch out.

Maybe we could make a bracket on the Foreign Policy Finals and get Obama's attention that way. Russia, USA, China, France, Germany, Japan, Israel down one side. Then games: Russia/USA in Syria; China/USA in Panama Canal; USA /Russia in Poland Missile etc. Then when he saw the ratings maybe he would finally understand what he is doing. Then he could quit and get a job with the Lakers doing something he likes and thinks should be done well.

Here's something I was wondering today. How is it that someone who doesn't have a job can vote to raise my income tax rate? How is it that someone who doesn't own property can vote to raise my property taxes? And yet, if I were to vote by initiative to define marriage a certain way, or to limit abortion to before 20 weeks, then my vote can be virtually invalidated by my AG?

I was waiting for the obligatory photo of the Flatirons, this time with an exceptionally reddish hue.

You guys are so lucky! Prime real estate is available at 755 15th Street in Boulder. Asking price is $1.98 million for the former home of John and Patsy Ramsey. But you can buy it much cheaper than that, since the current owners have been unsuccessful selling the house at lower prices several times before.

Check it out.

That silly Washington Post. Writing a story about those evil Koch Brothers that isn't true! Guess their editors don't care as long as it bashed the Brothers!

Hey libs, how come you haven't quoted something from this article? Haven't you read the Huffington Post's talking points for the day?
