Trump is amused by the "very, very glamorous" desk.

Inga will claim that it is a Russian nesting desk. Don't believe her.

He is an entertainer. Funny thing is he will be comparing favorably to Reagan in about the same time frame with the same supporters among the American people and the same hatred from the press, democrats, and GOPers that Reagan had for pretty much the same reasons.

What's with the hair?

What's with the hair?

It's an NSA listening device near the back of his head--the size of a large grape. Budgetary constraints.

Uh oh, whoever provided that desk will be sent to the gulag.

(Just kidding folks)

He is Desk humbled. That is a good image.

That desk didn't have enough gold on it to suit Trump. There is no such thing as too much gold on shit where Trump's concerned.

Humperdink said...

Inga, we don't have gulags. We still have Gitmo though, thankfully. Not kidding.

So-called desk.

What kind of man says "glamorous"?

There's something charmingly feminine about him, no?

Althouse may be onto something. Maybe all wives with big tits and the talk about grabbing pussy is overcompensating!

Maybe he'll be our first out President. What would the Libs do then?

I'll bet he says "fabulous" too.

He has very delicate hand gestures, quite lovely.

Like Cary Grant.

Like Anthony Newley.

A man very comfortable with his alpha male persona.

What kind of man says "glamorous"?

Chuck Yeager.....Glamorous Glennis!!

I bet your Oxford ED can tell you.

I hated "The Apprentice", and assumed that Trump was a buffoon.

But....Sweet Jesus....this is the right guy at the right time. This is Hawthorne's "Gray Champion".

Clint Eastwood's "High Plains Drifter".

Routine. Men can be tough as nails who fight to the finish, but if they were loved by their mother as a boy, they usually work very hard at developing their emotional sensitivity to connect to the Female love. It is not that hard to learn how to do it if you want it.

I thought that perhaps it was the Obamacare signing desk:

But they are different desks. Same seal, perhaps, I don't know. Maybe Trump has never seen another president using a similar signing desk.

Or the desks from the McLean farmhouse in Appomattox where Lee surrendered the Army of Northern Virginia to Grant:

Inga has returned like the monster in "Forbidden Planet".

"The Apprentice President" has become the best reality show ever. I have lost all respect for television.

Inga was never gone. She abides in heaven, watching the just and the unjust. She has come back to us after assuming the guise of another--an Unknown other. She takes many forms--sometimes she is Nancy Pelosi, sometimes Chuck Schumer, sometimes Elizabeth Warren, sometimes Monica Lewinsky, sometimes Chelsea Clinton--but she is with us always. Sorta like a case of herpes.

Inga said...

Lol! Well yes, I do watch you folks from my perch on a cloud and when you say interesting things I descend and sprinkle my angel dust on your sweet little heads. You're welcome.

Amadeus 48 said...

You are welcome, too.

Inga said...

Well, thank you!

I don't see why glamour isn't spelled glamourous...

Such arcane rules. I wonder if Trump finds Scottish words arcane, like the Legislature rules.

And make no mistake. She loves being the object of so much attention.

Inga said...

Mockturtle, why make such a comment? It makes you look jealous.

Mike (MJB Wolf) said...

Yes he also does say "fabulous" too!

Yes indeed, "no" is the correct answer to the question.

"Glamorous" traces back to years and years of ogling, kissing and feeling-up the contestants in his beauty pageant.
