Nice thing in Colo. is that if you live west of I-25, you are pretty much immune from tornados.

My favorite story concerns when I was working S. of downtown Denver for a patent firm about a decade ago. About once a year, a tornado would come through and wreck some level of havock. So, one day, we learned of a tornado coming through about a half mile to the south. So, all the guys in the office, ranging from 25 to 65, congregated in an office with floor to ceiling windows on that side of the building to watch. All the women were safely in the underground garage. Luckily for the firm, it didn't all of a sudden deviate in our direction. Otherwise, the entire firm of 8 attys. might have been wiped out at one time. In retrospect, it was quite dumb, but was also quite spectacular.

According to the Storm Prediction Center website, there were 26 tornado reports in Wisconsin today... including several in Dane county. [This link points to the current day's storm reports, so won't continue showing the posting day's reports very long.]

I love the way Dms assumes I've just always lived in Wisconsin. These people who have been dogging me are just not that good at thinking or reading. How lame and boring you are Dms!
